New Playlist Alert: Property Lovers
Whether you’re selling your house, applying for a mortgage, remodeling a property, or just dreaming having a measly budget of 12 million for a beachfront home in Hawaii, there’s no shortage of real estate related television to get lost in. And for us regular folks who don’t trust our fate to clean-cut twins or bickering co-hosts competing for bragging rights, there are virtual home tours and walkthroughs to give you a better idea of what you’re looking at without leaving the comfort of your couch.
No matter the avenue, bright and organic soundtracks of corporate pop and indie folk lay the foundation for all sorts of real estate content. They all advertise sunny days ahead, a home full of love and laughter, and definitely no unexpected load-bearing walls in the middle of a remodel.
Acoustic and electric guitars, upbeat percussion, chipper piano, and sparkly glockenspiel all contribute to the happy homeowner vibes on Property Lovers. This playlist is full of steady, confident, heartwarming sounds to accompany the walkthrough and/or big reveal.
Here are just a few of our favorite tracks from Property Lovers:
“Headed To Higher Town”
An easy swing is in the air with classic electric guitar chords leading the way. Upbeat acoustic elements give this corporate pop track a white picket fence feel, painted in possibility. Ready to move in?
“Dream Big”
Still in the planning phases of the move and whatever comes with it. A hopeful, light indie rock anthem that builds throughout the journey, guided by thoughtful piano lines. Beginning with mostly acoustic guitars, the momentum builds to 1:05 when the insistent drums and overdriven guitars take you the rest of the way.
“Surprised By Light”
The big remodel reveals more than you ever imagined. Jubilant non-lyrical vocal harmonies carry that excitement, backed by rhythmic acoustic guitar and ukulele. It’s basically a party up in this place, mixing a cocktail of positivity, joy, and a sigh of relief. Grab a hard seltzer and light the tiki torches.
